Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic and body care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to replace or refund the item.

Refund process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
